Made with care. Made to be used.

What you'll need

  • 1½ pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1 small onion and ½ bell pepper, finely diced
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • 1 egg or flax egg
  • 2 tablespoons no-salt-added tomato sauce
  • Garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and thyme
  • ¼ cup low-sugar ketchup for the glaze

How to make it

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Mix turkey, vegetables, oats, egg, tomato sauce, and seasonings gently.
  2. Shape into a loaf in a lined pan; spread a thin layer of ketchup over the top.
  3. Bake until the center reaches 165°F. Rest for ten minutes before slicing.

Why we made it healthier

Lean turkey and oats keep it tender while the vegetables bring moisture and flavor without needing a heavy sauce.

Nutrition information

Lean protein with a familiar Sunday-dinner feel. Serve it with greens and a roasted vegetable.

Sista Soul tip
