When you share your information with Sister Soul Wellness, we use it only to care for your connection with the Collective.
When you join the Collective, we collect your first name, email address, the email topics you choose, and your consent to receive email. Birthday month and day are collected only when you voluntarily provide them. When you share a story, we collect the story, your private email address, your permissions, and any optional photo so it can be reviewed privately.
We use Collective information to send the reflections, music, walking updates, retreat news, recipes, and other Sister Soul Wellness messages you selected. Story submissions are used only for private review and possible publication with your permission. Submitting a story does not add you to an email list.
Subscriber details are sent securely to our email service provider, Kit. Private stories and photos are kept in protected storage for the administrator review area. Nothing is published automatically, and private email addresses and files are never displayed publicly or sold.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may use that link at any time to stop future emails. You can also contact us at sistersoulwellnessinfo@gmail.com for help with your subscription or email preferences.
